Indigenous Spirituality in Bolivia MEETING AND PREPARATIONS FOR THE THIRD CIRCLE OF WISE GRANDPARENTS AND GRANDMOTHER IN BOLIVIA The organizers met in Bolivia to begin preparations for the 3rd Circle of Wise Grandparents and Grandmothers in search of rescuing ancestral wisdom and providing that knowledge to new generations Wise grandfathers and grandmothers from the Andean region met at the end of January in the city of La Paz, Bolivia with the purpose of beginning to organize the Third Circle of Wise Grandfathers and Grandmothers of the planet. In these meetings it is intended to rescue and share the ancestral wisdom of the grandparents. Edmundo Pacheco Blanco, member of the Amautas Council of La Paz and one of the coordinators of this third meeting, highlights the importance of rescuing the wisdom of grandparents Talking about the ancestral wisdom, of the grandparents, is practically talking about the root of a tree, we are talking about thousands of years of history that has been generated here in the kollasuyu before being Tawaintysuyu, precisely this was the land of the Aymaras, of the Aymara nation, so based on the stories and narrations of our grandparents it has just been a zo very strong of our grandparents. They have been very warriors, with very strong decisions, with very strong disciplines, so we are talking about a civilization. Because we understand that civilization is when there is neither war, nor destruction, nor hunger, nor prostitution, nor degeneration. Civilization is when peoples and nations have found their balance, they have found a degree of consciousness, of evolution, of transformations where no one really gets sick easily, everyone works and there are laws that allow the search for balance between man, nature and the cosmos. So we come from ancient civilizations already 515 years ago, there was a decline, in the Inca era where the struggle between Atahualpa and Huascar was practically the struggle for power.
Then the Europeans arrived, the Euro-Mediterraneans, and there they continued to destroy and practically destroyed, that is, they tried to destroy knowledge, knowledge, uses and customs. We resisted 515 years, they did not achieve what remains today is an America, a resentful Abya Yala continent, hurt but with a lot of strength from having saved our grandparents. Today we find ourselves in a very extraordinary time, of a pachacuti: pacha is the time above, time here, time below, and cuti: it is return, return to a new time. What this pachacuti means is the return to a new time of equal duality. These 515 years were not enough to be able to impose and submit, we practically resisted, we resist this submission and a new civilization flourishes again but it is already a mestizo civilization, that is something very interesting we have been mixing through these five hundred years that in the past it was difficult for one nation to mix with another nation, there had to be very strong processes to mix the civilizations, nations, but now very easily it has mixed. Today we can see many mestizos with the whites, here the bronze ones, whether it is the black civilization that has been able to mix with the Aymara nation, then a very interesting color has emerged, where today we are living with that reality, it is difficult to find pure native peoples. There is practically no more, and that in honor of reality, in honor of life, of the great Pachacuti, we cannot justly lie that those of us who are Aymara, Quechua, Guarani, are mixed. But what has not been able to mix is the conscience, the knowledge of the conscience, the knowledge of the ajayu (Aymara spirituality), the knowledge of architecture, engineering, ceramics, etc. have been kept. have been saved that has not been mixed.
This Third Circle of Wise Grandparents and Grandmothers will be held the following spring in the Bolivian country, Edmundo Pacheco added that they hope to be able to arrange with the Bolivian government's chancellery and agree at the indigenous diplomacy level, the possibility that the different wise grandparents arrive from other countries and continents with the support of the government. How did these meetings of Wise Grandparents and Grandmothers begin? Different grandparents participate in the organization of these meetings. Vidal Ayala Sinchez, is a Jampiruna grandfather (meaning a medicine man) from Ollantaytambo in the Cuzco region, Peru; He told us that three years ago he began this type of meeting, through the support of the different grandparents and especially the grandfather Q enqo Harawi Quespe, who has knowledge about the Escalada of the Andean world, the Toque or the Chakana. The Chakana is a word of Quechua origin, born either from the union of the words chaka (bridge, union) and hanan (high, above, big), or from the same chakana, staircase. Thus, Chakana carries the meaning of union with the Hanan Pacha, what is above or what is great of a cosmogenic nature.

Vidal commented that the First Circle of Wise Grandmothers and Grandparents was held in Ollantaytambo, Peru, a spiritual center called Inty Ayllu, the Second Circle was held in the town of Tilcara, in Argentina, and that this third circle will be in Bolivia. These meetings require the effort and contribution of all the participants, since they do not receive funding and are carried out without profit, which makes it dependent on the contribution of those who attend and who at the same time learn from wise grandparents. With the solidarity contribution, the grandparents' ticket and food expenses to the meeting places are covered, Vidal comments Well, since there are two circles that have opened, the Circle of Grandparents and Grandmothers Sabias del Planeta and the Circle of Pilgrims, in the Circle of Grandparents, as I already said, they are convened and many capture their knowledge, wisdom. In the Circle of Pilgrims-participants-they demand that they learn to give. So for this the circle of pilgrims has to be taught to give the heart, not what is left over but the heart. So there with that it is getting stronger, they are understanding a lot, because many have it and give it up to drugs, to vice... thousands, that is why we are changing this. In this circle drugs are not allowed, marijuana is not allowed, alcohol is not allowed, nothing is allowed. Only the pilgrim will serve his mother earth, they are taught how to serve. So everyone who wants to participate with good will and willing to give is invited to come to this Third Sacred Circle that is going to be in Bolivia, on March 21st we will already know where and in which place we are going to meet. Then come to give and to serve.
Vidal comments that the different grandparents are present at these meetings in various ways, some with invitations through emails over the internet, through other elders and collaborators, and even through rituals where they capture and read the sacred symbols and are present at the meetings. He adds that these circles "are not to form a group, a sect or a religion, no... not anymore." 500 years have divided us with that. So now this pachamama that summons, the tata inty, one that is the sacred water, waira that is the sacred wind, they are the ones that bring us to this circle. Finally Edmundo Pacheco reflects Nature sanctions us, since we do not comply with natural principles, we are going through a difficult stage, there is no way to dialogue, there is only violence and death, food for death, television shows us a series of destructions, so we must begin to preserve life. That is the main objective of all grandparents and the call to brothers and sisters to listen to this message.

By Vidal Ayala Sinches Inti Aillu Spiritual Center Ollantaytambo - Qosqo - Peru Wise grandfathers and grandmothers of the planet: In this hour that the purge has already begun and the awakening of race consciousness human, to be able to see clearly what is coming. Now in this magnetic center of the planet, Machupiccho was already isolated from all kinds of tourists, there is no entrance anywhere. The railway line was washed away by the waters of the sacred river, the road from San Salvador to Machupiccho is flooded by the river waters. The entire sacred valley of the Incas is from shore to shore, its channel reached the top, the houses fall like cakes, the cattle are carried away by the river, it is no longer possible rescue nothing because overnight everything happened, I grab many brothers the water in their beds. When they noticed the river had risen 1000 per thousand. Now it looks like all the shores are flooded, the corn crops, everything is covered, the water It keeps growing, every hour it gets bigger and bigger, and it looks like the places that had houses, no longer exists. The helicopters, they're rescuing to tourists from Aguas Calientes who no longer they have food, they are all from that town leaving for Qosqo, and the bad thing that no longer exists the railway line, the river already erased everything, all the entrance to Machupiccho, there is a danger that erase the town of Aguas Calientes. The same is the entrance to the community. There is no step, the bridge was taken by the Calicanto river, there is nothing left, there is no pass to the community Inti Ayllu. Now we're isolated, now there's to store food because this will be for a while. I hope now that we can all be connected with rituals and ceremonies, we are all asked to be united as fingers. Pass this statement to all the elders, to Mariano Pachaguaya, Tunupa, Domingo Dias Gate, Mexico. To all the grandparents and grandmothers, because we are in danger that the alluvium of the ravine will come Onora and Antanuca due to heavy rains. We are getting all the dams ready for that no water enters the community. The protection fence was already made. We hope that the ancestors protect us. Well, I'll follow the report to everyone about what is happening here in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. I'm sure you'll see it on TV what is happening here. United like the fingers of the hand. Jallalla, Jallalla The blessings of the givers of life.
